For my weekend highlights, I have to start off with what is freshest and sweetest in my mind: Sunday evening sailing with friends. A few of us left from Greenville and met Austin last night to go for another evening sail. We were out on the water for over four hours but time seemed to stand still. I love being on the water! There was a lot of wind and standing at the front of the boat with just the moon and stars above and water ahead was something I won’t forget.

So glad Aileen and Aubry were able to join us last night. Fun girls! Although Aileen does get a little crazy sometimes.

In all it was just a great night with good friends. Perfect way to end the weekend!

Other highlights:

-Lauren Kulesz threw a fantastic get-together at her place on Saturday. She is such a good hostess and I’ve got to say that she has some great friends. Her backyard, with lights strung from the trees and even a little fire pit, is the perfect place to hang out on a brisk fall night. Thanks, Lauren!

-Saturday Market in downtown Greenville. Ran into these guys:

-Blue Jean Ball on Thursday night. Jack was kind enough to come along with me when I went to the Blue Jean Ball to take photos on Thursday. The event raised money for YMCA Camp Greenville and was really fun - kindof refreshing to have an event where you have to wear jeans and be casual. They even had s’mores. It was a beautiful event and I think it was quite successful.

Downtown Greenville is just really charming, especially at night. Ran into a few good friends including Anna Rowe:
