Weekend Highlights
Fall is fleeting, and I may have gotten my last day to shoot these amazing fall colors on Friday. I couldn’t get over how vibrant all the colors looked when I went out for a couple shoots. Here are some favorites of the leaves from Friday morning.
Isn’t that red unbelievable? This was straight out of my camera!
One of my weekend highlights was my morning shoot with David. We grabbed coffee and then just walked around a few parks, snapping photos along the way. It was one of those brisk mornings and the light was magnificent - I was getting so excited just seeing the light coming through the trees in certain spots.
David does smile, but for some reason I really loved these ones of him being more serious on this day.
Other highlights:
-Shooting for a December makeover article for Belle. Such a fun shoot including a personal stylist in town!
-Finishing my last paper of the semester; bring on the finals
-Meeting with Heidi and friends on Saturday; welcome home from Spain, Heidi!
-Meeting new friends and hanging out with old ones at Liz’s 11/11/11 party on Friday night. She has such a party house. Everyone celebrated at 11:11 p.m. by setting off small “fireworks” in the house. And, of course, everyone ate a lot of candy.
The party doubled as a goodbye party for Nicky, our sweet friend who is moving to Iowa next week. We’re going to miss you a lot, Nicky Darling.
